77c7 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members (Know Your Customer / KYC). KYC may be mandatory when submitting a withdrawal request or when transactions exceed a specified amount.

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted.
• A recent utility bill may be required for address verification.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Creating an account under a false identity or registering using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to bypass geographical restrictions using a VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.
• 77c7 uses technology to detect multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method.

• Registering or placing bets solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses is prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting odds differences across platforms to secure risk-free profits — is prohibited.
• Coordinated bonus abuse by groups or syndicates is prohibited.
• Violating bonus terms is not acceptable under any circumstances.

• 77c7 complies with international anti-money laundering standards.
• We are legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• If an account is suspected of involvement in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption, it will be placed under investigation.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities upon request in cases of legal obligation.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (except on active accounts).
